Our security measures protect the loss, misuse
and alteration of all information under our
control. Our system is based on the SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) encryption standard. Provided
you are using an SSL- compliant browser such
as Netscape's Navigator or Microsoft's Internet
Explorer, you'll be able to conduct fully-protected
transactions that encrypt all of your personal
information, including credit card number,
name, and address, so it cannot be read as
the information travels from you to UrnShopper.com.
Furthermore all of the customer data we collect

| Once you have placed an order to buy
merchandise online with UrnShopper.com,
you have entered into a binding agreement
to purchase merchandise from us. When
ordering online, the price at which
your order is submitted is the locked-in
price, unless a mistake has been made
in our catalog database. Every effort
has been made to avoid mistakes in pricing.
However, human error, product alterations,
and undisclosed manufacturer price changes
dictate that any typographical, photographical,
clerical or other discrepancies are
subject to change. If a change in price
occurs after your order has already
been placed, you will be notified of
the change via email. You will then
have two options: (a) you can cancel
the order and receive a full refund;
or (b) you can accept the price changes
and continue with the order. |

our online catalog is not regularly
kept in stock, it may take up to five
(5) business before your merchandise
leaves our shipping facility, unless
otherwise specified. By placing an your
order with us, you hereby agree to and
accept these terms regarding processing
time. Please do NOT schedule any
memorial service(s) until your urn has
been delivered to you and is in your
possession. We will not be held
responsible for any reasonable delays
in processing your order, nor will we
be held responsible for any damages
resulting from these delays.
Sometimes products become discontinued
and we may be unable to complete your
order. Although this is rare, it can
happen. We make every effort to keep
our online catalog as up-to-date as
possible, but we have no control over
undisclosed manufacturer changes for
items not kept in stock. If your order
cannot be completed, we will notify
you by email and you will receive
a full refund.

| Providing us with your credit card
information is required because it is
the only payment option available for
online orders. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, and Discover. |
| A stock photograph from the product
manufacturer is provided for each item
in our online catalog. There may be
slight differences in the photograph
from the actual item you receive. This
is especially true in the case handmade
ceramic urns or genuine stone urns crafted
from unique blocks of marble.
Some stock photographs may show personalization
(i.e., engraved names and dates) on
the merchandise. Please note that
personalization is currently unavailable
for any products purchased from us
online.

begin to process it. Orders cannot be
cancelled once they have been placed.

| No representations or warranties are
made by us regarding any of our merchandise.
The only warranties, express or implied,
granted in connection with goods sold
from this Web site, are the express
written warranties, if any, extended
by the manufacturers thereof. No other
warranties, including the implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, are extended. Merchandise
available from this Web site will NOT
delay the decomposition of the cremains
for a long-term or indefinite time,
and will NOT protect the cremains
from gravesite or other environmental
substances. |
| Free shipping is included with all
online orders with shipping addresses
located within the lower 48 contiguous
United States only (see below for the
Alaska and Hawaii shipping policy).
Online orders are shipped via United
Parcel Service (UPS) or United States
Postal Service (USPS). The shipping
service is chosen at our sole discretion
based on cost. Each package is fully
insured. Tracking numbers will be provided
to customers when the package ships.
UPS will not deliver to a Post Office
Box address, so orders can only be shipped
to a physical address located within
the United States. We do not accept
international orders.
Because some merchandise listed in
our online catalog is not regularly
kept in stock, it may take up to five
(5) business before your merchandise
leaves our shipping facility, unless
otherwise specified. By placing an
your order with us, you hereby agree
to and accept these terms regarding
processing time.
We fully insure all of our shipments.
Should anything happen while your
package is in transit to you, it will
be covered by our insurance policy.
However, we will not accept responsibility
if you have left instructions with
any carriers or delivery service to
leave parcels unattended for you.
Or, if you have given them instructions
to leave your package with someone
else such as a building manager, neighbor,
drop-off location such as Mail Boxes
etc., The UPS Store, etc., your package
will not be covered. When we ship
to you, if your merchandise is lost
or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility
to pursue any claim with the insurance
company. If we determine the package
is lost or damaged, we file a claim.
Once the claim is filed, we reserve
the right to re-ship your items or
refund your money at our discretion.
Merchandise is thoroughly inspected
before we ship.

| Alaska
and Hawaii Residents |
| Free shipping is unavailable to Alaska
and Hawaii residents. Alaska and
Hawaii residents must pay actual shipping
charges. Once your online order
has been placed from our Web site, we
will contact you by email and/or telephone
to quote actual shipping charges for
your order. You may either accept or
reject the additional shipping quote.
Actual shipping charges may cost up
to an additional $150.00 to be added
to your order, depending on the weight
and size of the product(s) ordered.
If you agree to accept the charges,
we will complete your order. If you
reject the charges, your order will
be cancelled at no charge to you.
Please note: Actual shipping charges
for Alaska and Hawaii residents will
NOT appear on your order confirmation
during and after the checkout process.
Actual shipping charges will appear
as a SEPARATE charge on your credit
card statement.

| Free ground shipping is included with
the purchase of all merchandise listed
in our online catalog (excluding Alaska
and Hawaii). We understand that sometimes
cremation urns can be time-sensitive.
However, because some merchandise listed
in our online catalog is not regularly
kept in stock, it may take up to five
(5) business before your merchandise
leaves our shipping facility, unless
otherwise specified. By placing an order
with us, you hereby agree to and accept
these terms regarding processing time.
If you request expedited shipping,
the request MUST be made PRIOR
to placing your order. After your
request for expedited shipping has
been made, we will immediately inform
you of the length of time it typically
takes specific merchandise to leave
our shipping facility, how long it
will take for you to receive your
merchandise if the order is placed
on a specific date, and how much the
expedited shipping services will cost.
The customer must pay for all expedited
shipping costs. Actual expedited shipping
charges will NOT appear on your order
confirmation during and after the
checkout process. Actual expedited
shipping charges will appear as a
SEPARATE charge on your credit card
statement.
If a request for expedited shipping
is made by the customer AFTER
an order has already been placed,
the merchandise MAY NOT reach
its destination in time, and we will
not be held responsible for this delay,
nor will we be held responsible for
any damages resulting from this delay.
If arrangements for expedited shipping
have not been made with us prior to
placing your order and we cannot deliver
your merchandise by a specific date,
the order can be cancelled upon the
customer's request. Any order that
has been cancelled as a result of
our inability to offer delivery by
a specific date is subject to a 15%
restocking fee.

| Non-defective merchandise may be returned
to us within three (3) days from the
date on which the customer receives
their merchandise and notifies us, provided
all merchandise has been kept in its
original packaging. All non-defective
returns shall be subject to a 25% restocking
fee.
If you receive defective merchandise,
we will provide you with either a
full refund or an exchange. All merchandise
that leaves our shipping facility
is thoroughly tested and inspected
to ensure that it functions exactly
as the manufacturer had intended.
Photographic documentation of this
inspection is kept on file by us for
all orders placed.
If any jewelry purchased from us
is discovered to be defective by the
customer, the customer can return
the merchandise provided that it is
still in brand new condition, has
not been worn, has not been filled
with cremains, has not been personalized,
and has not been damaged or tampered
with by the customer. In order
to receive a full refund from us for
defective jewelry, a signed letter
from a local jeweler (including a
telephone number and physical mailing
address) must accompany the merchandise
stating that the jewelry has been
inspected by a professional and has
been found to be defective and cannot
be fixed or adjusted for a nominal
cost. Absent this letter, all
returned jewelry shall be subject
to a 25% restocking fee.
Items that cannot be returned,
refunded or exchanged:
- Any item that has been personalized
by the customer
- Urns or jewelry that have
been filled
- Items that have been damaged
or tampered with by the customer
- Expedited shipping charges
are not refundable unless a shipping
error occurs on our behalf
We want you to be pleased with your
purchase. If for any reason you have
a problem, please feel free to email
us and discuss it with us. We will
always do our best to accommodate
you. We charge a 25% restocking fee
on all credit card orders returned
(unless merchandise is found to be
defective). If an exchange is requested,
we reserve the right to find an acceptable
replacement or refund your money.
If a return is requested, it is the
customer's responsibility to pay all
return shipping charges. All packages
returned to us MUST be fully
insured.
